About the role
Monday to Friday | 39 hours per week | Early finish Fridays
We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Labourer to join a busy industrial site in Poole.
This is a varied role involving workshop cleaning, manual handling and general labouring, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a hardworking team.
Duties included for the Workshop Labourer:
- Operating a forklift and pallet trucks to move materials.
- Unloading deliveries and transporting jobs between units.
- Cleaning workshop floors, machinery and equipment.
- Managing waste, including industrial bins, swarf and oil spills.
- Carrying out basic DIY.
- Supporting general workshop duties as required.
- A valid forklift licence is essential.
- Previous factory, workshop or labouring experience.
- Comfortable with manual handling and Heavy lifting.
- Reliable, practical and safety-conscious.
