About the role
As a Coordinator within the HR Consultancy team, you will work across a varied portfolio of clients, each with different people, priorities, processes and HR systems. You’ll need to be comfortable balancing competing demands, adapting quickly between client environments and delivering a consistently responsive and professional service.
The scope of the role is broad, covering employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation and systems, day-to-day client and employee queries, and support with Employee Relations matters and HR projects. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Senior HR Business Partners, you’ll gain broad exposure across different organisations and HR matters, providing a great opportunity to build your HR knowledge and experience.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where flexibility is important. Depending on service requirements, you may work remotely, from a Moore Kingston Smith office or at client premises. Some client assignments may require you to work from a client site for several days each week, so you’ll need to be comfortable working across different locations according to client and service needs. You will be expected to work from our City office at least twice a month to connect and collaborate with the wider team.

- Supporting HR Business Partners and Senior HR Business Partners with Employee Relations matters, including redundancy, TUPE and more complex cases.
- Managing client HR records, personnel files, trackers and HR systems, ensuring information is accurate, secure and confidential.
- Providing HR system administration and user support for client HR platforms where required.
- Building effective client relationships and providing a responsive, professional service across multiple client accounts.
- Managing competing priorities and workloads across clients to meet deadlines, service standards and client expectations.
- Providing hands-on HR support at client premises where required, adapting to different client environments, systems and ways of working.
- Supporting client meetings, HR projects, organisational development activity and wider people initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining practical HR resources, tools and knowledge materials for clients and colleagues.
- Keeping your HR and employment law knowledge up to date and sharing relevant knowledge and best practice across the team.
- Contributing to improvements in HR processes, systems and service delivery, including making effective use of technology and identifying opportunities to enhance the wider HR Consultancy offering.
