About the role
Hygrove Partners are recruiting a PV Supervisor on behalf of one of the fastest-growing, most modern and exciting construction firms in the UK, delivering solar PV installations across new build and social housing developments in the West Midlands.
The Role:
Supervising solar PV installation teams across new build developments and social housing schemes, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of PV installation teams
- Ensuring compliance with electrical, MCS and H&S requirements
- Quality control, testing and sign-off of completed installations
- Coordinating with project managers, clients and other trades on site
- Mentoring less experienced electricians
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) with solar PV experience
- Supervisory experience on residential sites
- 18th Edition; solar PV / MCS-related training desirable
- Valid CSCS / ECS card and full UK driving licence
