About the role
Uncapped Commission | Company Car or Car Allowance | Career Progression
We’re looking for an experienced Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent or a successful Sales Negotiator ready to move into a listing role, to join Fox & Sons in Dorchester, part of Connells Group.
You’ll focus on winning business, building your local reputation and helping sellers make their next move, with training, support and opportunities to develop your career.
You’ll:
- Carry out property valuations and win new instructions
- Generate business through proactive prospecting and local relationships
- Give sellers clear advice on pricing and marketing their property
- Work closely with the branch team to grow market share and achieve sales targets
- Maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors
- Keep customers informed and supported throughout their move
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in residential estate agency, with a strong sales record
- Valuation and listing experience, or the potential and ambition to develop these skills
- Confidence in building relationships and winning business
- A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to keep opportunities moving
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
- A full UK driving licence
