About the role
The role:
A leading and award-winning Build-to-Rent company with headquarters in London is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing & Branding team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the brand, from advertising new BTR schemes, engaging with residents to managing corporate brand. This is a varied role is a fast-paced, growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Create, own and deliver the Marketing plan for new and operational BTR schemes
- Manage a team of Marketing Executives
- Determine channel mix, route to market, budgets and objectives, and drive delivery
- Cover all digital and offline media, including social media, website, PR & press releases, outdoor, digital audio
- Influence and deliver design and production of collateral, including hoarding, social media posts, website pages
- Manage relationships with third parties
- Be the Marketing & Branding expert within the business and main point of contact for all related activity
- Lead on curation and production of content for new BTR schemes
- Identify requirements, source photographers, videographers and other resources
- Implement feedback initiatives
- Coordinate resident loyalty schemes
- Manage resident specific channels
About you:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager position within BTR, PBSA or Real Estate is essential.
- Experience working in a 360-degree Marketing role
- Highly organised self-starter
- Passionate about property
