Legal Administrator
Sutton | £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for your next long-term opportunity?
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our clients legal and compliance team in an established company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Managing filing systems and document records
- Tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Supporting client onboarding and due diligence processes
- Coordinating with clients, advisers, and key stakeholders
- Organising meetings, schedules, and document execution
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar professional services support role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
