An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, long-established Yorkshire law firm.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to the team's continued success
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
