An established and highly regarded multi-disciplinary law firm based in Leigh is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its busy and growing Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities

• Private Client Solicitor to caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
• Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
• Handling probate matters and the administration of estates
• Advising on Trusts and Powers of Attorney
• Dealing with Court of Protection matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and professional advice

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Private Client Solicitor
• Have experience handling a range of private client matters, including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong commitment to client care and delivering a high-quality service
• Have a proactive approach to professional development and a genuine interest in building their career within Private Client law
