Experienced Architect/ Assistant (Designer)

Anderselite are currently representing a busy Cardiff based Architectural practice who are looking for an experienced Architect or Assistant with strong Design capability. They deliver to a wide range of sectors including Residential, Retail and Commercial and consistently put their clients' needs at the forefront of everything they do as well as investing in innovation and striving to always challenge the boundaries faced across the industry.

They have recently secured a number of exciting new projects and are looking to grow their team. As a result, they are looking for a Design Architect with Design ability to work on complex packages within larger projects. They will take on responsibility to feed into workload discussions, supporting others to deliver projects. This is an opportunity to join a friendly, progressive, design focused and inclusive architectural practice, working out of a studio with an excellent level of amenities including free parking.

You will need to be able to work collaboratively, building strong rapport, create positive, lasting relationships, and providing project leadership, have good interpersonal skills to include understanding of sensitivities when in communication with and presenting to clients, have good verbal and visual presentation skills and ability to explain a design idea and evolution of a concept.
