Sheffield | Full-Time Office Based

£13 per hour

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a busy and welcoming office in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and calls, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors professionally
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Booking meeting rooms and supporting office coordination
• Handling general administration duties
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
• Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as required

About You:

• Previous reception, front-of-house or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and personable approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Reliable and able to work independently
