Accommodation Assistant

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is obtained and completed as laid down by the contractual/business guidelines
• Maintaining records of room and accommodation ensuring all bookings are kept up to date.
• Ensure rooms are all prepared and ready for when they are required.
• Provide first class customer service.

• presentable at all times as a very customer facing
