Looking for a varied admin role where you can stay busy, get involved, and be part of a genuinely lovely team?
We're recruiting for an established heating company in Sevenoaks looking for a confident, organised Administrative Coordinator to become a key part of their friendly and supportive office team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes keeping things running smoothly and wants to work somewhere that feels professional, welcoming, and enjoyable to be a part of.

- Updating job details and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing paperwork, reports and general documentation
- Liaising with engineers and internal teams
- Following up on outstanding information and appointments
- Supporting with quotes, invoices and job administration
- Handling general office and customer enquiries

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to juggle different tasks and priorities
- A positive, helpful and team-focused attitude
Experience within heating, engineering, construction, or a service-based business would be useful, but it's not essential.
Why consider it:
This isn't just another admin job - you'll be joining a super friendly, supportive, and professional team where people genuinely enjoy working together.
You'll benefit from:
- £28,000-£30,000 salary
- Stability and routine, with Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 schedule within an established business
- Friendly and supportive colleagues
- A relaxed but professional working environment
- Plenty of variety in your day
