About the role
Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role combining financial reporting, cost analysis and commercial business partnering to support operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Analyse manufacturing costs, stock, WIP, margins and production variances.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Produce financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
Support month-end, year-end and audit processes.
Drive improvements in financial controls, systems and reporting.
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
Proven management accounting experience within manufacturing.
Strong understanding of costing, stock, WIP and margin analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Commercially focused, analytical and confident engaging with operational stakeholders.
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
