Payroll Supervisor - London/Harrow
Salary: £40-45,000
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Location: Greenford
Benefits: Free parking, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension after 5 years, hybrid working
Reporting to: Payroll Manager
A family/friendly feel company are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. You'll oversee payroll accuracy, compliance and statutory deductions while supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
- Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
- Assist with year-end procedures (P60s).
- Provide guidance and support to the payroll team.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive payroll experience (COINS preferred, training provided)
- Strong Excel and IT skills.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
