About the role
Are you a recent graduate looking to gain some classroom experience to further develop your career? Do you already have experience working with children outside the classroom as a Coach or a tutor?
Look no further, Academics are actively seeking passionate and enthusiastic cover supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Leeds area to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities of cover supervisor:
- Covering a range of subjects to students across KS3 and KS4
- Managing behaviour and ensuring that the students are reaching their full potential.
- Ensure safety of the students and report any concerns to the safeguarding lead.
- Display great organisational skills and make sure the lessons run smoothly.
Requirements for a cover supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong behaviour management with the ability to control a classroom
