This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and working in a target-driven environment, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission alongside a competitive basic salary.

• Proactively generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound activity and research.
• Identifying and engaging with prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, email and other digital channels.
• Researching potential clients using LinkedIn, media, press and relevant sector insight.
• Building and nurturing professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Working closely with the wider team and Sales function to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Sharing ideas, insight and best practice with colleagues.
• Working towards agreed activity and performance targets.

• Previous experience within sales, business development or a target-driven environment.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• The ability to work comfortably towards daily activity and performance targets.
• A resilient and positive approach to outbound sales and prospecting.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach.
