About the role

Essential Requirements
- Driver roles require a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week over 4 days and work every other weekend
- Working in the Trecenydd area of Caerphilly
- Caring, reliable and committed to providing person-centred support
Role Overview
Supporting adults, children and young people in their own homes and communities with:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication assistance (training provided)
- Community access and social activities
- Moving and handling support
- Promoting independence, wellbeing and confidence
