Newly Qualified Architect
Location: Bradford
Salary: £32-36,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice that provides a wide range of expertise to the transport and commercial sectors. They are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team in their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
- Help deliver a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning schemes through to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure the high-quality delivery of drawing packages
- Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project team meetings
Requirements for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
- ARB registration
- Relevant post-Part 3 or recently qualified experience within a UK practice
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on RIBA Stage 4
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
