Founding Infrastructure Engineer | Early-Stage AI Start-Up | London Founding Infrastructure Engineer required to join an ambitious early-stage AI start-up in London, building the infrastructure behind next-generation AI products. Join a high-calibre engineering team, taking significant ownership over the cloud infrastructure, platform engineering and security underpinning the company's AI systems. You'll help shape the technical foundations as the company scales. You are: 1–5 years of professional Software, Infrastructure or Platform Engineering experience Experience building or maintaining production infrastructure supporting AI-powered products Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern infrastructure tooling Solid understanding of security, access controls, data protection and compliance Hands-on experience with reliability, observability, database performance and data pipelines A proactive engineer who takes ownership, sets high standards and isn't afraid to challenge decisions Bonus points: Previous early-stage start-up experience Experience with LLM infrastructure, AI agents or MLOps Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CI/CD Why join?
