A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor through to 5 years' PQE to join its growing Commercial Property team in York.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise in commercial property while gaining exposure to high-quality agricultural and rural property work. You'll join a well-established Real Estate department known for advising businesses, landowners, developers, investors and agricultural clients across a broad range of property matters.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced property specialists, you will handle a varied caseload and support on complex, high-value transactions, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance and refinancing transactions
• Asset management work
• Agricultural and rural property transactions
• Farm and farmland acquisitions and sales
• Renewable energy and development projects
• Easements, rights of way and telecommunications agreements

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 5 years' PQE)
• Experience in, or a strong interest in, Commercial Property
