We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team
Key Responsibilities of the successful Maintenance Assistant:
- Assist Maintenance Coordinators with the day-to-day scheduling of lift maintenance visits.
- Help coordinate engineers' diaries, appointments and planned maintenance activities.
- Liaise with engineers, customers, contractors and site contacts by telephone and email.
- Update maintenance records, job sheets and internal systems.
- Monitor outstanding maintenance jobs and follow up where required.
Key Requirements of the successful Maintenance Assistant:
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident communicating by telephone and email.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
