Part-time Packing & Operations Assistant

We are a seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Packing & Operations Assistant to join our small team in Windsor.

You will play a hands-on role in handling our inventory, accurately weighing and packaging loose-leaf teas, assembling discovery boxes, and preparing daily orders for shipment.

Must be based in or around Windsor, UK

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pick, package, and pack customer orders (single items, subscription boxes, and wholesale orders) according to brand presentation standards.|
• Tea Portioning & Packaging: Precision-weighing, pouching, and sealing loose-leaf tea, botanicals, and delicate teaware in accordance with hygiene guidelines.
• Boxing Presentation: Ensure every package meets high visual standards - including neat tissue wrapping, and insertion of educational cards/notes.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Help track stock levels of packaging materials, shipping supplies, and raw teas; report low inventory in a timely manner.
• Dispatch Preparation: Process shipping labels, manifest orders for courier collection (Royal Mail, DHL, etc.), and ensure daily dispatch cut-offs are met.
• Quality Control & Hygiene: Maintain a pristine, hygienic, and organized work environment adhering to food hygiene standards.
