Senior Program Manager - M&A

An exciting opportunity to join a growing international business as an M&A Program Manager, playing a key role in delivering acquisition integration and driving value creation across the global group, during a period of significant growth.

Working closely with the VP of Corporate Development, CEO and senior leadership team, you will lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring plans are delivered, synergies are realised and strategic objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing post-acquisition integration plans.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver synergies and value from acquisitions.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR and Supply Chain.
• Leading wider strategic and operational projects, including systems integration, change management and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience in project/program management, engineering, continuous improvement or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Previous M&A integration experience is desirable.
• Operational experience across a range of areas.

Based in Redditch with flexible working, this role offers the opportunity to work across the Group, collaborate with senior leaders and make a tangible impact on the success of acquisitions. Some short-term travel will be required.
