About the role
- Schedule repairs and maintenance appointments.
- Allocate work to operatives and contractors.
- Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams.
- Manage diaries, workloads and appointments.
- Update systems and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Scheduler Previous scheduling experience within repairs or maintenance is essential.
- Housing, property or facilities experience would be advantageous.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT and data-entry skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
