Job Title: Trainee Insurance Advisor – Full Training Provided (No Experience Needed!)
Location: Taunton (Office-based)
Salary: £26,500 – £33,000 (Depending on experience/growth potential)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Plus 1 Saturday morning per month)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talking to clients every day, building genuine rapport, and finding the right insurance policies to protect what matters to them.
- Guiding customers through quotes, renewals, and policy updates over the phone and via email.
- Keeping accurate digital records and managing client portfolios with attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the team to hit collective milestones and earn bonus/incentive rewards.
