Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire

Salary: £62,000 + Excellent Benefits

Shift: 12-hour rotating days and nights

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Technician:

A standout opportunity has become available for a high performing Multi Skilled Technician to join a successful, well established manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi skilled engineer who is passionate about reliability, continuous improvement and driving maintenance excellence within a fast paced production environment.

Sector – FMCG / Manufacturing

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Technician:

• Experience working as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Technician within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification or apprentice-trained background.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing faults on production machinery and equipment.
• A self driven individual who is confident to work autonomously at times
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour days and nights shift pattern.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Technician:

• Experience working within an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability engineering techniques.
• Experience using a CMMS system for maintenance planning and reporting.
