About the role
Receptionist required to work at a nursery in Hackney, London An enhanced DBS is essential for this role. Working times will be 7:45am-3:45pm Duties To be the first point of contact for the nursery regarding a range of administrative and data activities and to ensure delivery of a first class office Deliver outstanding service To provide a reception service for local families, children and other visitors to the centre, directing calls to staff as appropriate, and take and pass on accurate messages Deal with front line enquiries from staff, visitors, students, parents and other agencies. Give support and guidance to people completing monitoring or admission forms Ensure that visitors are welcomed in a polite, friendly and professional manner Provide refreshments for visitors as appropriate Distribute post, frank mail and take to the post office, along with any recorded deliveries
