Project Manager (Hi-rise luxury apartment refurb) Portishead Long-term programme (circa 2 years) Long-term Freelance Contract or Permanent The Opportunity We re looking for a Project Manager, or a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager already operating at, or ready to step into, Project Manager level, to lead recladding works across two large luxury residential blocks. This is a long-term opportunity to take ownership of a significant fa??ade package on a technically challenging, live project. The Role Lead delivery of recladding / fa??ade works across two multi-storey buildings Take ownership of programme, quality and overall delivery Manage cladding subcontractors and coordinate with client and commercial teams Oversee installation including: Cladding systems Substructure, insulation and fire-rated components Work within a live / occupied residential environment Drive QA, compliance, safety and build quality Lead coordination beyond site delivery, including programme and commercial interfaces What We re Looking For Essential: Experience on multi-storey / hi-rise projects Experience working in multiple-occupancy, occupied domestic settings Experience delivering cladding / fa??ade / recladding works Strong understanding of external envelope systems and installation Confident managing subcontractors and taking ownership of delivery Strong QA and quality focus What You ll Get Long-term work on a secured programme Opportunity to take ownership of a major refurb on luxury apartment complexes including fa??ade package and internals Stable pipeline with consistent work Freelance Pay: GBP325 per day paid CIS or LTD Permanent Package: Competitive Salary: GBP65,000 - GBP70,000 p.a.
