Senior Construction Project Manager Location: Lincoln/East Midlands Salary: to 70,000 per annum + performance bonuses + company car options Lead High-Profile Construction & MOD Projects Across the East Midlands An established and highly respected construction company is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction and MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, managing both site operations and office-based coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Working within a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across a range of exciting and technically demanding projects. The Role As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction and MOD works from inception through to completion. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring all operational, commercial, and health & safety objectives are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational ability, and a proactive approach to project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction and MOD projects simultaneouslyOversee day-to-day site operations and office-based project coordinationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsManage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedulesMaintain full compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresConduct regular site inspections and progress meetingsLiaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesMonitor budgets, project performance, and resource allocationProduce project reports, documentation, and programme updatesIdentify risks and resolve issues proactively to minimise disruptionSupport and mentor operational teams to maintain high performance standardsWhat We're Looking For The successful candidate will have proven experience managing construction projects within a demanding environment and possess strong operational and leadership capabilities.
