Transaction Manager Franchised Motor Dealership - Middlesex Transaction Manager Car Dealership | Middlesex Salary: £35,000 Basic On-Target Earnings: £60,000 TO £80,000 dependant on performance Hours: 5-day working week - in every Saturday and every other Sunday with a day off within the week Benefits: Company car (EV options) We are recruiting an experienced Transaction Manager for a flagship franchised car dealership in Middlesex. This is a key role within the sales leadership team, focused on maximising deal profitability, finance penetration, and supporting a high-performing showroom. The Role: Desk and structure vehicle sales to maximise front and back-end profit Drive finance, warranty and ancillary product penetration Support and coach Sales Executives to improve close rates Ensure FCA compliance and accurate deal documentation Deliver a first-class customer experience in a busy, premium showroom The Ideal Candidate: Essential: Proven experience as a Transaction Manager (or similar) within a franchised dealership Strong understanding of automotive finance and add-on products Commercially driven with excellent attention to detail Confident dealing with customers and senior stakeholders Highly organised and compliant What's On Offer: £35,000 basic salary £60,000 - £80,000 OTE (uncapped) Company car (EV options) 5-day working week (weekends on a rota) Stable, long-term opportunity within a flagship operation If you're an experienced Transaction Manager looking for your next move in Middlesex then apply in confidence today.
