About the role
Contract: Temporary, minimum 1 month with potential to extend
Start date: Immediate (Thursday 29th October or Monday 2nd November at the latest)
Pay: £15.45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch break, typically between 8.30am-5.30pm but could be earlier/later shifts
Our client, a high-end boutique gym, is seeking a confident and well-presented administrator to provide front of house cover, welcoming clients and keeping the front desk running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a premium first impression
- Manage bookings using CRM
- Process payments and payment links
- Handle general administration and client enquiries in person and over the phone
- Keep the front of house well stocked and presentable, including handing out towels and topping up toiletries
- Well presented, confident, warm and engaging, with a natural flair for client-facing work
- Comfortable with numbers and accurate when handling payments
- Quick to pick up new systems
- Reliable and flexible with changing shift patterns
- Smart casual in style (for example, smart trainers with suit trousers and a shirt or jacket; no jeans, camouflage or fleeces)
- Available to start immediately and work Monday to Friday for at least a month
