PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER | AI & CREATOR ECONOMY

Want to run paid growth at an AI startup where your decisions directly shape how fast the business scales?
I'm working with a fast-growing AI business that lets creators generate realistic photos and videos of themselves, and build entirely virtual creators, without shoots or studios. With paying customers and a lean team across the U.S. and Europe, they now need a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive the next stage of growth.
The role
Working closely with the paid growth lead, you'll own media buying, CRO and new channels, supported by a dedicated growth engineer and an in-house creative team producing fast with AI.
- Own Meta, Google and other paid channels: strategy, budgets, daily buying and optimisation.
- Own the CRO roadmap across landing pages, onboarding, paywalls and checkout.
- Use CAC, LTV and payback to guide spend and spot low-quality acquisition.
- Test and scale new channels including Snap, Reddit and X.
Who I'd love to speak to
- 4+ years in startups, scale-ups or agencies, ideally in e-commerce, D2C subscription or consumer.
- You've personally managed $100K+ per month on Meta and Google and can explain the results.
- You've shipped CRO tests and personally improved conversion.
- Commercially minded: you judge success on payback and customer quality, not just ROAS.
- Comfortable working with a broad range of creators and content types.
What you'll get
