About the role
Slough & Surrounding Areas
£250 per day (Ltd or Umbrella)
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Ongoing Assignment
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out void property works across social housing and council properties throughout the Slough area. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for long-term work with a steady pipeline of projects. Duties include:
- General carpentry repairs and installations
- Internal and external painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- General maintenance and refurbishment works
- Preparing void properties for new tenants
Requirements:
Previous experience working within social housing or council properties
Skilled across multiple trades, with strong carpentry and painting experience
Own vehicle (car or van) and tools required
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
