Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm, based in Staffordshire, which is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm. Role: Real Estate Solicitor Location: Staffordshire – hybrid Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of real estate matters from start to completion, ensuring files progress efficiently and in accordance with relevant legal requirements. Advising clients on property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and other property-related matters, as appropriate to the role. Supporting the continued development of the department and contributing to business development opportunities where appropriate. Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3 or more years of PQE real estate or commercial property law. Be confident managing a real estate caseload independently and prioritising competing deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver commercially focused legal advice and business development. Benefits: Competitive salary.
