Job title: Property Repairs Administrator Location: Bishop Auckland, DL14 – 4 days per week; Seaham, SR7 – 1 day per week (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary – approximately 6 weeks Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week We are recruiting for a Property Repairs Administrator to provide short-term sickness cover within a busy housing repairs team. The role will mainly be based in Bishop Auckland, with one day per week from the Seaham office. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required to reliably get to both offices. Key Responsibilities: Manage the team inbox, sort referrals and produce summaries. Log correspondence and letters accurately on Salesforce. Create reports using the QL housing management system. Contact customers by telephone and email to follow up queries. Check and arrange repairs appointments for customers. Support repairs planners when required. Contact customers to arrange post-work inspections. Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets. Candidate Profile Previous administration experience, ideally within housing, property services or repairs. Confident using Excel and managing data. Salesforce experience would be beneficial. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to work accurately in a busy environment. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle. The pay for the role is £16.46 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £14.03 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
