Private Client Paralegal – Tranent and Galashiels Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and growing Scottish law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy Tranent and Galashiels office. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team handling a varied private client caseload, with plenty of scope to develop your experience further. The Role: You will support the team across a broad range of private client matters, including: Administration of executries, including high-value and taxable estates Preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney Assisting with trust administration Drafting routine correspondence and legal documentation Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties Managing files and progressing matters efficiently Maintaining accurate records and case management systems Delivering a high standard of client care Working closely with solicitors and support staff across the firm About You. you will ideally have: Previous Private Client Paralegal experience Knowledge of Scottish private client procedures Experience preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to join a friendly, established team with a strong private client offering t: [phone removed] e: [email removed]
