About the role
Are you a customer-focused travel professional who enjoys delivering exceptional service and helping customers create memorable holiday experiences?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist villa holiday company as a customer support consultant, supporting customers throughout their booking journey and helping ensure their villa holidays run smoothly from start to finish.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As Customer Support Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing booking amendments and special requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will communicate with customers by phone and email, respond to customer reviews, and help maintain the high standards expected of a specialist villa holiday business.
You will also have the opportunity to translate villa descriptions, website content and marketing materials from English into your native language.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous travel industry experience is desirable, ideally within a similar business.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to resolving problems and managing customer requests.
- The ability to work independently and maintain a strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in French or Dutch would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
WHAT IS ON OFFER:
- Competitive basic salary & benefits
- Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (From 1 April to 1 October, an additional Saturday shift every other week, 15:00-19:00.)
- FULL OR PART TIME
- FULLY OFFICE BASED IN CAMBRIDGE
