About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to work for our busy and well-established client based in Harlow. The role is a full-time temporary to permanent position working from 7.30am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a 30-minute break. This role offers an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour.
Duties include:
- Carry or lift/manually load and unload
- Checking/booking in
- Planning/organising
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick-up according to a schedule
- Generating labels
- Performing inventory controls through a computer
- Operating a fork-truck (not essential for the start)
Skills and Experience:
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Computer literacy/knowledge of common applications
- Good communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
- Physically fit
- Fork-lift license (not essential)
