Your new role
As a Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of joinery works within occupied and void properties. You will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include:

• Hanging internal and external doors
• Fitting kitchens, worktops, and cabinetry
• Installing skirting boards, architraves, and flooring
• Carrying out repairs to windows, doors, and frames
• Reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment works
• Working within domestic and commercial properties
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Accurately recording completed work and reporting any additional issues

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a joiner within property maintenance, social housing, or construction environments
• Strong skills across first and second fix joinery
• Experience fitting kitchens, doors, and general carpentry installations
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in expertise
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (desirable)
