You will work with the Operations Support Team Leader to provide clear information and a helpful service for customers. Record customer contact details and query outcomes accurately to maintain reliable service records. Resolve routine queries promptly, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate colleague when needed. Keep customers updated on the progress of their enquiry to ensure they know what will happen next. Work closely with the Operations Support Team Leader to manage customer requests effectively. Maintain a professional and helpful approach when handling customer concerns and feedback. Follow agreed customer service processes to provide a consistent experience across each interaction.Profile A successful 'Customer Service Advisor' should have: Experience of handling customer enquiries in a customer service setting. Ability to communicate clearly with customers by phone and in writing. Good attention to detail when recording customer information and updates. Confidence in resolving routine queries and recognising when to escalate an issue. Ability to manage several customer requests while keeping records up to date.
