Joiner (Damp and Mould) Location: Barnsley Rate: £20.56 per hour (Umbrella) inc Holiday | £15.51 per hour PAYE Hours: 37.5 per week The Role Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Joiner to join a busy team delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across housing stock and new build projects. This is a hands-on role covering both first fix and second fix joinery, working in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer service are key. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of joinery on repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments Install doors, windows, frames, skirting, flooring, and kitchens Work on structural timber including roof timbers and floor joists Fit PVCu windows, doors, and trims Complete works safely at height Ensure properties are secure when required Maintain van stock and complete job paperwork What We are Looking For Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent) NVQ Level 3 or willingness to achieve Proven experience in maintenance and refurbishment joinery Ability to work at height Full UK driving licence Good understanding of health & safety What You will Bring Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team Good communication and customer service skills Flexible approach (including occasional out-of-hours work) Commitment to quality and safety How To Apply If this sounds like the role for you, email your latest CV to [email removed] or call Prakash on [phone removed]
