Trainee Accountant (ACA) – Lamberhurst, Kent GRB are partnering with a rapidly expanding accounting firm in Kent, who are looking to hire a Trainee Accountant into their July 2026 cohort. You’ll join the Private Client team, gaining hands-on experience across accounting and tax while working towards your AAT and ACA qualifications. Why choose this firm? You’ll build a broad skillset across accounting and finance. Within 3–5 years, you’ll be ACA-qualified with experience across accounting, tax, and advisory, opening up a wide range of career opportunities. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with senior team members on client projects and learning how to deliver high-quality professional advice Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reports Assisting with tax returns (corporation and personal) VAT returns and bookkeeping Payroll and client finance support Gradually taking on more client-facing responsibilities What do you need?
