Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established law firm in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a busy and supportive team, managing a varied caseload of family law matters while developing their career. Job Title: Family Law Solicitor Location: Liverpool – Hybrid Working Salary: Starting from £40,000 per annum, depending on experience Key responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor Provide legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements and domestic abuse. Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Handle divorce proceedings, including preparing applications, responding to petitions and guiding clients through the legal process. Draft court applications, witness statements, consent orders, settlement proposals and other relevant legal documentation. Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings where required. Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, sensitive and practical legal advice throughout proceedings. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cases are managed efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service. About you as a Family Law Solicitor You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law . You will have experience managing your own caseload of family law matters. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong legal drafting and negotiation abilities. You will be confident dealing with sensitive and often complex family situations in a professional and empathetic manner. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
