CER Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Worksop and surrounding areas. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and love the variety that supply work offers, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Level 3 TA with CER Education, you will:
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Deliver targeted small-group or 1:1 interventions
- Assist with behaviour management and positive classroom routines
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Adapt quickly to new school environments and expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools or equivalent)
- Experience supporting pupils in a UK school setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through CER)
