Service Care Solutions is working with a respected law firm, based in Dorset , which is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their experience within commercial property. Role: Commercial Property Paralegal Location: Dorset Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 Key Responsibilities: Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. Assisting with the drafting and preparation of contracts, leases, licences and other property-related documents, as appropriate to your experience. Liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress transactions. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, ideally within commercial property. An interest in commercial property law and a desire to develop their technical knowledge. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Benefits: Competitive salary.
