A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a Production Controller to their increasingly growing business. As a Production Controller you will play a pivotal role in supporting the production planning of designated areas, and coordination of material control activities. Over the years they have had strong investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Production Plan including work orders, production records and lookaheads.
• Control and process production records, conversions, scrap and packing records.
• Support line managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the production plan.
• Create weekly capacity analysis for planning review.
• Create and maintain the cycle count schedule including allocation, adherence and variance investigation.
• Coordinate with Design on BOM & Drawing release and updates.
• Rectify stock shortages and anomalies with purchasing and production.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a Manufacturing factory environment
• Experience with ERP / MRP Systems
• Planning or Production Control experience
• IT Literate - MS Excel (Intermediate min. Advanced preferred)
