About the role
Class 2 Drivers Required - Carlisle
We are currently recruiting for an experienced class 2 driver to join a growing and successful company. This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and multi drop
Working hours
- Start time - 5AM
- Monday-Friday
- 50 hours per week
The Role
- Home delivery work across a designated route.
- Delivering bedroom furniture
- Typically 4-5 deliveries per day.
- Start time of 5:00 AM with finish times varying depending on workload and route.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally.
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
- Delivering excellent customer service at each delivery point.
- Temp to perm position available for the right candidate
- Night out every other week
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally.
- Applicants must be 25 years old or over
- No more than six points on licence
- DBS Check required
