Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Rochester head office.

Unlike many recruitment roles where you have to build a desk from scratch, this position comes with an established hot desk packed with live temporary and temp-to-permanent vacancies ready to work on immediately.

You'll have genuine opportunities to make placements from day one, generate revenue and build on an existing pipeline of vacancies.

We're looking for someone who knows how to make things happen, enjoys the buzz of recruitment and wants their hard work to translate into serious earning potential.

And the best part? Our commission structure is uncapped. There is no limit to what you can earn.

• Manage a busy desk with immediate access to live temporary and temp-to-permanent vacancies.
• Source, screen and register candidates to fill open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and generate additional vacancies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking job requirements through to successful placement.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Complete candidate interviews, compliance checks and registration procedures.
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
• Drive desk performance, maximise gross profit and exceed recruitment targets.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, ambitious and ready to make an impact.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous recruitment consultancy experience, preferably within temporary or high-volume recruitment.
• A strong understanding of candidate sourcing and vacancy fulfilment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with a genuine desire to succeed.
• The ambition to maximise earning potential and grow a successful recruitment desk.
