About the role
Mount Farm Surgery are seeking an experienced emergency care practitioner or advanced clinical practitioner to join our innovative and professional teaching practice in Suffolk. This position is offered on a part-time basis for a minimum of 2 days a week, but this is negotiable for the right candidate.
Working with our existing ECP and the wider practice team, the successful post-holder will manage face to face our acute 'on the day' patients. Duties will include;- Telephone triage.
- Home visiting.
- Prescribing and undertaking medication reviews.
- Provide patients with information and guidance on health promotion strategies.
