About the role
This is a bank role to help cover annual leave, sickness, and staff training within our reception and administration team. The role is fully onsite, and our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:30. There are no fixed hours only cover as required. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Care navigation and signposting patients to the appropriate service or clinician
- Answering queries from patients and external agencies
- Supporting patients with the online triage system
- Updating patient records accurately
- Processing electronic and paper correspondence
- Liaising with patients using a variety of communication methods
